A Symphony of Space, Story, and Craftsmanship
Panorama was born from Janak Rajpal’s vision to redefine the real estate experience through design. With a career rooted in artistic instinct and refined in Italy, Janak brings a unique blend of creativity, precision, and an eye for detail to every project. A graduate of the renowned Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Milan, he began his journey in fashion design, which honed his understanding of form and luxury.
Upon returning to Mumbai in 2016, Janak established his first furniture design studio. By 2017, he was working alongside some of India’s leading developers and architects, crafting spaces that harmonize art, functionality, and sophistication. This experience inspired him to create two unique design ventures: Etica and Panorama.
While Etica focuses on creating personal, immersive interiors, Panorama is dedicated to transforming how properties are presented to prospective buyers. Through meticulously designed sample flats and experience centers, Panorama goes beyond simple displays—each space is a curated journey that allows clients to envision their future in a property.
With a bespoke furniture studio in Mumbai, Janak personally oversees the creation of custom pieces that enhance and define the spaces they inhabit. At Panorama, we believe in crafting environments that forge emotional connections, turning visions into tangible experiences that inspire and engage.
